 Verify accuracy of both Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen  gas being delivered to your patients

Verify all safety features are working properly (emergency air intake, rebreather valve)

Checking that the scavenger system is working properly

Check breathing circuit and bag for leaks

Written documentation of test results

Follow ADA and Manufacturer guidelines for maintaining Nitrous Oxide equipment

In office certification of test, don’t send flowmeter tomanufacturer and be without for weeks at a time
